Given the high-demand and flexible nature of the landscaping and contracting industries, we offer employees a paid, one day work interview, and then a paid two-week trial with training. This is a chance for both Youthscape and you to determine fit and address any needed changes before continuing. Following the onboarding trials, employees incur a raise and become official team members in their given sector.
