Mission
Youthscape is a mentorship based yard and home care company that invests in its employees and customers, creating spaces for conversations and growth. At Youthscape, we purposefully open the doors to professional opportunities for those new and early in their careers - usually “youth” ages 16-25. Our customer service philosophy is ‘Quality Service, Quality Connection’. Youthscape delivers on quality service by encouraging our team to stay focused while in the field, ask for help, and collaborate with co-workers. This helps us provide better service to our customers because our team is best able to bring a project to fruition. Quality connection is what sets us apart. We value our clientele and believe that every member of our team is equipped with the skills to communicate effectively when problems arise and build trusting connections with our clients!
Sound Structure is Essential to Sustainability
At Youthscape we believe that you cannot thrive without first having something to strive towards. That is why we have our four pillars that give structure to our company. Not only do they help determine who we have working with us, they also determine who we work for and who we work alongside.
Forming Community

At Youthscape we want to build more than a company that hires employees and gives them a paycheck. We desire to foster a culture that respects, defends, and uplifts one another. Or perhaps it simply means we have times of communal games, brainstorming, eating, and relaxing. Whatever it is, we are more than a company, we are individuals forming community.
Promoting Freedom

Which comes first: Safety or Freedom? We believe that when safety comes first, all freedom starts being removed. We place rules that have wide boundaries, so that those within the boundaries can grow, explore, change, and improve. We want to foster a place of creativity — where ideas are taken seriously and those who find their true passions can be accelerated forward towards success.
Employing Stewardship

Taking care of what you have is somewhat of a lost art in our day and age. Here at Youthscape we don't want to just take care of our tools, but your properties, and our employees as well. Rest days, sustainable sourcing, recycling, and a focus on efficiency all help aim us towards creating the best of the best environments to work and live in.
Remaining Teachable

Continuous growth is a sign of a healthy environment. When learning stops, growth stops. That's why Youthscape requires that every one of its employees remain open to being taught. That doesn't mean we never go through a period of stubbornness, but that when we come out of it, we are willing to recognize our mistakes rather than ignore them.
Youthscape’s Philanthropic Foundation
Our mission is to provide quality yard care and give back to our local community. We are committed to our organizational values of community reinvestment, stewardship, and growth. Youthscape positively impacts the community by purposefully providing professional learning opportunities for local youth. This is facilitated by our partnership with our local school district (Poudre School District) where we offer informational interviews and job shadowing for high schoolers. We believe that, by offering professional learning opportunities and mentorship for local youth, we can empower the next generation to build their skills and experience, no matter which career path they may later take. We also donate to an international non-profit, Water for Good, because we believe in their mission and strategy to provide clean and lasting water for the Central African Republic. To put it into perspective, we donate a week’s worth of clean water per mowing job and a year’s worth of clean water per landscaping job. Community impact will always be at the center of Youthscape’s mission.
